I've drawn as long as I can remember. Cartoons as a Kid, then 80's black and white bolds.. Women mostly. Then I moved on to shadow painting. but thats a whole other story :)

I tried painting on canvas with oils, but I'm just too impatient for all that brush cleaning. I created more of a mess than anything.

A 3 or 4 years ago, I was sitting in front of the computer and was feeling creative. I opened up Paintshop pro.... and started to just blend colors. Before long, I had my first landscape.

I still only use paint shop, and start with a blank image.... then I go at it with the round brush and smudging. Change the opacity and density gets me the results i;m looking for generally.

The work isn't amazing, but, then again, not too bad.

I don't use layers or any special filters... other than a grass filter.... cuz I just can get that tall grass by had... lol

I'm still learning, and trying different things,,, will see what comes of it all.......
